All orders subject to 8% PST and 5% GST

We require a minimum order of $1200.00 on weekdays and
$1500.00 on weekends for the
food portion of  your order

We require a 50% deposit upon booking to hold your date. The balance is due 48 hours prior to your event with your final guest count for corporate clients, for social clients we require the cheque 7 business days prior to the event.

We will accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Rain dates are available with 48 hours notice for events under 1000 guests over 1000 guest 72 hours is required. (Tents are available at an extra cost however we require 48 hours notice).

Weddings and Social events are subject to a $2000.00 minimum order and a 20% service charge.

Depending on the service required for a there may be additional staff hours incurred as well as additional staff required to meet your expectations. These will be charged accordingly.

A 100.00 event planning fee may be charged for onsite meetings outside of the GTA before a contract is signed, this will be credited should you place your order with the great Canadian BBQ.

We cannot hold your event date until your deposit has been received.
